Most products can be delivered loose in larger quantities and are made using large tipper vehicles up to 44 tonnes gross weight. These vehicles require a lot of space and suitable flat, level and solid ground to tip, so please make sure access is available.
All our bulk bag and handy bag deliveries within a 30 mile radius of our Selby depot will usually be made with our crane off-load vehicle, deliveries elsewhere are made via subcontracted palletised carrier companies using kerbside tail-lift lorries and manual pallet trucks to place the product as near as possible to where you need it.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to advise us of any restrictions you may have prior to your products being despatched.
The following check list is provided to ensure that delivery is achieved in the easiest manner for all concerned.
Check that your access is suitable for a tail-lift lorry; this does not just mean your drive but the road approaching your property.
Can a refuse truck/fire engine gain access to your property?
Is your intended drop off point on a flat level surface, free of loose aggregate or uneven paving etc? Pallet trucks are unable to deliver up or down inclines.
A designated person must be available to receive and sign for the goods, with a contact telephone number supplied if different from your own. If when the delivery is made a signature cannot not be obtained the goods may be returned for delivery at a later date. Further charges may be applied if this happens.

Please note that if you do have delivery restrictions we are usually able to make special arrangements to accommodate them, but it is critical that you provide us with as much information as possible.
All deliveries will be made within 3-4 working days of receipt of your order and are made between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday – Friday. However we cannot be accountable for late deliveries due to factors outside our controls, such as traffic congestion or adverse weather conditions.
If you require your order within a specific time frame, we can upgrade your delivery service at a small additional cost, and can usually stipulate a morning, afternoon or Saturday am delivery.
Am/pm stipulated delivery – Additional £17.50
Saturday am delivery – Additional £45.00
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT to 95% of the UK mainland, just input your postcode to determine your product price.
Sorry but we do not delivery to the following areas – Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Island, Isle of White, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
